Tines Down Property Services

About Tines Down Property Services

Property services from Girard, Illinois, with communication and accessibility at the center of the customer experience.

A practical service for property owners

Tines Down Property Services works with residential, commercial and agricultural property owners. Our nine services are land clearing, forestry mulching, excavation, brush and overgrowth clearing, grading and dirt work, site preparation, drainage and culvert installation, irrigation installation and repair, and trenching and utility excavation.

Our business is based in Girard and serves the nine Central Illinois communities listed on this site, including Springfield. We serve rural properties as well as sites inside city limits. An inquiry can focus on a single problem area or describe a larger property-improvement goal.

Communication and accessibility matter when you are deciding what to do with your land. We make it straightforward to contact Tines Down, explain your goals and ask questions about the work.

Clear expectations start with a defined scope

Equipment is selected according to the property and project. The available equipment categories include skid steers, excavators and brush cutters or mulchers. The specific method, cleanup expectations and condition needed afterward belong in the project conversation.

Large-scale logging and hazardous tree removal requiring specialized arborist or crane services are outside our offering. We do not use a general clearing description to promise every kind of tree, construction or property-maintenance work.
